• Three 30-minute sessions per week for quick, focused practice.
• Three 1-hour sessions per week for more in-depth guidance.

Competitor Online Coaching
For bodybuilding, Wellness,Bikini, or Men’s Physique athletes prepping for the stage.
Monthly: $500/month
3-Month Commitment: $450/month
